A registration fee of £35.00 is required and is NOT refundable. This covers our administration, a clothes bag, a legionnaire hat, name tapes and shoe labels purchased for your child. (Please note that we do not allow carrier bags on the children's pegs. The clothes bag is big enough to keep spare clothes in.)

Deposit

If you will be paying your monthly fees by cheque, a deposit equal to one month's fees must be enclosed with the enrolment form. The deposit will be offset against the final fees at the time of leaving

However, should you cancel your child's place before the agreed start date then this deposit will NOT be refunded. No deposit will be required for those parents/carers who wish to pay by standing order or cash. However, should you cancel your child's place before the agreed start date you will be required to pay one months fees as a notice period. If we have held a space open for you for a period of time and you decide not to start, you will be charged a cancellation fee as per your individual contract which you will sign on enrolement.

FeePayment

Fees must be paid in advance by standing order on the 1st of every month. We accept childcare vouchers from various employer schemes, including Busy Bees, Accor, Care4, Imagine, Faircare and Sodex, and are happy to accept payment from social services, care to learn, and colleges. Please ensure fees are paid by the due date, as you will be only invoiced if we do not receive payment on time. Late payment of fees will incur a surcharge of £20.00 if not received by the 6th of each month and an additional £10.00 per day. We may withdraw your child's place from nursery until payment is received. Any outstanding fees, additional charges and notice in lieu not received by the 20th of the month will automatically be forwarded onto a debt collection agency.

Absence

If your child is absent from the nursery due to family holidays, sickness or any other reason:

Full payment is still required and no refunds can be given.

Fees are due in advance and for the duration of any holidays.

Statatory Holidays

Payment will be required in full for Bank holidays and statutory holidays. The nursery will be closed between Christmas Day and New Year's Day for which you will not be charged.

Leaving Notice or Reduction of Sessions

One month's notice or one month's fees in lieu is required in writing should you decide to leave the nursery for any reason. You will be required to do the same should you decide to reduce the number of days/sessions your child attends. Two months written notice is required if you have two children at nursery.

Annual Fee Review

There will be an annual review of fees in July and you will be notified of any changes, which will take effect from the beginning of September.

References

We have various references available from parents/carers. If you would like to view these, please ask a senior member of staff. We would also recommend that you come along at the end of the day and just randomly choose a parent to speak to for a reference.

Operational Plan

These folders, which are found in the entrance hall, contain all the information you will ever need to know about the nursery, the staff, and our policies and procedures. You will also find a copy of our Ofsted report in the folder. If you wish to view these folders in detail please see a member of staff who will then endeavour to find you somewhere comfortable and quiet to sit.

Nursery/Parent/Carer Agreement

It is understood that on completion of an enrolment form, you are therefore in agreement with the terms and conditions and must abide by them as outlined in the prospectus. This forms the nursery/parent/carer agreement.

Appointment to View

If you would like to view the nursery, please telephone us on 020 8649 7745 to make an appointment for a senior member of staff to show you round.
